Stayed Jul 19, 2023Checked in a little after 4 at the service desk at the property. Door to property was unlocked. Upon entering, my 6 year old went to lay on one of the beds in the 3rd bedroom and it completely went to the floor. All of the slats were broken and it appeared that the bed had been propped up with a piece of wood. I let the lady working the service desk know and she said someone would contact us the next morning to fix it, but unfortunately we never heard from anyone for the duration of our stay. We also had to ask for toilet paper, because when we arrived there was only one partial roll between the two bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again, but the management of the property could definitely improve.
