You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom

❌ Beach towels are not provided.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
TRASH CHUTES are located next to the elevators.
NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby to purchase your parking pass.
Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking Passes.
- Effective May 1, 2025 Parking Pass Rates per vehicle per stay at Phoenix 7:
- 1 day: $30.00
- 2 - 10 days: $55
- 11 - 31 days: $100
- 32 - 61 days: $150
- 62 - 91 days: $200
- Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis. You may park in any open/unmarked space.
- Parking Pass Rate determined by the HOA and subject to change without notice.
- NO boat, trailer and RV parking on-site.


GETTING AROUND:

Phoenix VII is a beachfront resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. The resort is designed for guests to be able to walk to most places they need to go. If you do want to venture outside of the resort, there are a number of shops, restaurants, and attractions located within walking distance or a short drive away.

Walking:
The resort is pedestrian-friendly, with walkways to the amenities like the pools, the gym and the beach front itself.

Biking:
You can rent bikes to explore the area on two wheels.
