Stayed Jul 22, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very polite when informing patrons of lightning in the area for pool closures. The A/C unit was not working properly on our 1st night, but the staff had it repaired the next day. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Stayed May 28, 2022We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was incredible! The only issue was with the sheets on the king bed. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed and continuously rolled up exposing the mattress. Not only was it annoying, it was unsanitary.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022The condo was exactly as described and the views excellent! Check in was very easy and staff very friendly. If I have to say anything, they only have 4 elevators, so wait times could be frustrating, but if that is all we have to worry about while on vacation then we are doing good! We rented chairs, very much worth the money! Overall, loved our time at Phoenix VII

Stayed Jul 15, 2019Everything was very neat and clean , Kitchen very well stocked Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 4 Perfect location and would definitely stay again .
