Stayed Sep 7, 2025Relaxing and fun. Unit exactly as depicted in listing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for 5 nights. View from balcony is spectacular. Easy walk to the beach, no need for elevator, stairs are across the hall from unit door. We will book this unit again. Only complaint is bedrooms are carpeted with very old, worn dirty looking carpet & furniture is old & worn. We still enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025All 9 of us were so impressed by how beautiful this condo is! Nothing short of amazing, from the decor to the bedding to the balcony & furniture we loved every single bit! The owners are a literal text away at all times & never took more than 2 minutes to shoot me a text back to answer any of our questions. We will most definitely be booking again in the future!

Stayed May 29, 2025Loved everything about this condo and facility with the exception of the living room furniture. Couch was uncomfortable and possibly broken in one spot. Needs to be updated! Would have loved more seating in Living room as well. Other than that we enjoyed every minute.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We stayed at the Phoenix VII this time in Orange Beach, AL. Two years ago we stayed at Phoenix VI and had an equally nice stay. The condo is exactly as described. The only complaint I have is the furniture is pretty broken down and way too soft, but we didn't spend a lot of time on it. The master bed was way too soft, so we took off the mattress pad. The facility is clean, well groomed, and comfortable. I love the guards at the entrance to the parking lot making sure that we were permitted each time we entered. We felt safe, comfortable and at home. We will be back! HIGHLY recommend the Phoenix Properties in Orange Beach. Thank you to VRBO for letting us use the service. I hope we are considered worthy tenants!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Space was way larger than expected, the view was great, the owners communicated great, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the staff downstairs were kind, and it was just overall a very easy vacation. Will definitely stay again.
