Stayed Aug 7, 2025Check in went smoothly. Kitchen had a decent amount of pans, utensils, etc it had no seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. I would not have mentioned this, except for the fact that info says that there will be enough seasonings to get us started. As far as cleanliness- it could have been better. I was particularly disturbed by ceiling fan in master bedroom. It was very dirty. Despite the above mentioned issues, this place had a great view. Everything can be forgotten when you have that view. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The building itself is really well maintained with great beach access and a nice big pool. (The fitness room is barely adequate if you're creative.) This particular unit, though needs some work.- When we checked-in, the unit had been cleaned, but several things, including making the beds had not been done. And the linens to make one of the beds had not been washed.- Which led to the discovery that the washer was broke. (It was not fixed during our stay even though maintenance came to service it.)- The stovetop did not work reliably. Maintenance worker said it needed replaced.- There was a broken end table turned on its side rather than replaced.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We loved the whole place. We rented the beach chairs and it was so nice to have them set up every morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have the flags up right at the beach entrance.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024The condo needs a little updating on some things but other than that it was a very nice place. To be able to walk out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean was wonderful.
