You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid
- Single sized dish washing detergent pack
- Single use laundry washing detergent

❌ Beach towels are not provided.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
TRASH CHUTES are located on the west side in front of the 5th unit, and on the east side in front of the12th unit on each level.
NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking Passes.
- PARKING PASSES are $65.00 per vehicle per stay on site or $55 if purchased before arrival. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis. You may park in any open/unmarked space.
- Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
- Parking Pass Rate determined by the HOA and subject to change without notice.
- NO boat, trailer and RV parking on-site.

GETTING AROUND:

Phoenix VI is a beachfront resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. The resort is designed for guests to be able to walk to most places they need to go. If you do want to venture outside of the resort, there are a number of shops, restaurants, and attractions located within walking distance or a short drive away.

Walking:
The resort is pedestrian-friendly, with walkways to the amenities like the pools, the gym and the beach front itself.

Biking:
You can rent bikes to explore the area on two wheels.
