    Great little staycation for Valentines weekend with my honey! Excellent views from our 14th floor balcony, even got up one morning to see the sunrise! Thanks to our host for a great weekend! I think this is the 4th year I’ve taken my Valentine to orange beach for this weekend, the long 24 minute drive home to Perdido is horrible though! :)

    At first glance, the condo unit appeared well equipped. However, our first night we sat down late to watch tv and unwind. The recliner nearly fell apart when my husband sat in it. The tv in both the bedroom and living room did not work. After 45 minutes on the phone with the cable provider, it was determined a technician would come out the next day. Never heard from them. I called the rental agent and a technician was sent out, only to learn that the cable service had recently been changed and there were glitches. The cable service to this unit did not exist. We were told someone would come out the next day. Needless to say, we were not able to watch any tv. Then, as we were unpacking the clothes, the closet door fell off. Luckily I caught it and no one was hurt. The lightbulb to one of the bedside lamps was out as well. So much for an inspection checklist. Note...since covid, only a sheet and blanket are provided for the room. If you are like me and prefer more cover, bring your own. I was able to get an extra blanket from housekeeping the next day, but was uncomfortable the first night. I will say, everyone was very nice, but it was a frustrating experience and put a damper on our limited 3 night vacation. I will not rent again from pictures. I will call and get a recommendation from a live person.

    The condo is as pictured, we did have a couple of issues with things not being clean. I think the owner needs to upgrade the furniture a bit also. Overall, we had a great stay.

    This property and condo were perfect for our family getaway. The condo had an amazing view of the beach and was perfect for my husband, 11 month old and I. The bedroom got nice and dark to keep naps on track. The overall finishes were very nice as well. We were worried the property would be filled with lots of wild spring breakers but it was mainly young families like ours. The only downside I could think of was the pool was freezing. We couldn’t get in our entire stay, wish it had been heated. The underground reserved parking was a nice plus too as it rained a couple of times and we didn’t have to worry about getting wet. Would definitely stay here again!

    The property images and descriptions are accurate! This is a lovely and clean property with a beautiful view from a wall of windows and a roomy balcony located right on the beach. It is quiet, peaceful and smoke-free with a bonus: the reserved parking space in the parking garage! This condo is very convenient to restaurants, stores, pharmacies and shopping. I would definitely recommend it to others!
