Stayed Aug 23, 2020Fabulous location, all was clean and tidy. We were there during hurricane Laura, at the very edge of it, so the beach was closed 5 days, it rained every day for short periods and the wind was constant. We did dip in the ocean but the jelly fish were bad, a mild sting and itch for 5 minutes. So check out hurricane season before you book!

Stayed Sep 8, 2025The rental process was easy, tge information was very clear. Everything went seamlessly. The condo was very clean, the view was fabulous!Thw only part that was very slightly confusing was finding where to discard our garbage when we checked out. We did find the chute without having to wander too far, but info about where that is located would be helpful.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Long weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was perfect! There are lots of restaurants. However, there is a nearby Publix, and the condo has a great kitchen for cooking. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. Check-in and communication were both great. I saved this one to my favorites trip board.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We had a great visit to this property. We were a little reluctant because it’s part of Phoenix and just thought it would be overcrowded because there are several of that brand but it really wasn’t. The unit was nice and we’d go back again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This was our first time at Orange Beach and we had such a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. The 2nd bathroom toilet had a broken handle. I didn’t even report it cause I decided we could all use the main bathroom so I didn’t have to deal with it, but we came in one day from the beach to find a note on the door saying it had been repaired. I’m guessing the previous guest had reported it but I was happy to have the second commode up and running. Besides that very minor inconvenience we had a magnificent time and will for sure be returning!!!
