Loved the rooms and the splash pad outside. The indoor pool and the hot tubes were also nice. Great place, wonderful view!

All was good, except no hot water in the kitchen sink. Let it run for a while. Didn't do many dishes.

We really enjoyed this condo. Lots of space to sleep and hang out. The kids loved the splash pad and huge indoor and outdoor pools.

The beach view was perfect, we loved the rocking chairs on the balcony! The Grandkids loved the pool and splash pad! We were able to relax and enjoy!

Overall a great location, needs a little updating but was a great time. Master bedroom was very quiet, bed was very comfy. Could use more storage in other two rooms (such as a small dressers).

I have already text the company. We had blood on 1 sheet. Had black mold on clear shower curtain. Mold on ceiling. Dropped Cheeto under dining room table. Dirty baby diaper, was in the garbage can and a new liner. Someone knew that when they but the bag in

The location with a very short walk to the beach was amazing as well as the view. The pool and splash pad were great for our children. We needed a couple things like towels and the management quickly answered and delivered. They were also very friendly about it. The reason for my 4 star is the lack of supplies. We paid for a place to accommodate 9 people and they only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, a bar of hand soap for each bathroom (2) one roll of paper toweland 1 garbage bag. Being used to staying at VRBO’s who have ample supplies this was a surprise and the cost really added up after already spending a nice amount on this property. Not even having. Hand soap in the kitchen was disappointing. An extra blanket and small things like that go a long way when traveling with children.

No fault of the property that there was only one elevator working during our week stay. They need to do a better job on cleaning the rooms. It appeared clean to look at but walking barefoot quickly made the bottoms of our feet black, which proved a filthy floor that has not been mopped in a while. Old coffee grounds were left in the auto drip pot, we cleaned it out but could not get the auto dip to drain into the carafe , it kept spilling over the top so we just used the Keurig pods and last cleanliness issue we found old food left in the dining room chair seat. One of the queen beds appears to be damaged as it slants down at one end. Several electrical outlets not working. Could not get main tv to operate correctly and no instructions were available, we had to mirror everything from our cell. Still we enjoyed the stay. The beach was very nice and the property kept clean and pool areas kept clean as well.

Good view and room. 1 elevator didn’t work during stay. This wasn’t mentioned to me until after I made the reservation. Seems very shady way to notify people who already booked the room. Location was good and beach was decent.

We did have issues with the codes but as soon as I called they were able to reset and it worked. The only problem we had was the elevators were shut down except for two. Took average of 25 min to get up or down. We also choose a place based on having a heated out door pool incase the weather was cold and it was shut down and has been for awhile. As soon as they get all those fixed it would be perfect. Perfect views, amazing acess, and beautiful space.

Everything was exactly as stated.. Had plenty of room. We enjoyed staying there.

We loved the location as we have been at Phoenix V in the past. The unit was roomy and two bathrooms added to the convenience. The unit didn't appear to have been cleaned very well as to the amount of sand under the living room rug The floors also needed cleaning. But overall we were happy with the unit and have it booked for January through February 28 of 2026.very happy thoparea and the floors had not bepast.

We had a great stay in this condo. Our family was able to fit comfortably and enjoy the gorgeous views. We would definitely stay here again! The condo was clean and well maintained.

The condo was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The only issue was the shower curtain did have a little bit of mold, and there was a little bit of mold in the shower itself. Other than that, the cleanliness was great. Beautiful balcony view loved the seating. The rocking chairs were very comfortable and made the view more enjoyable..

First time I’ve stayed where the mattress and living room furniture was actually comfortable. Up to date condo and clean! Loved our stay so much we are booking this same room for next year.

First time to gulf shores. Our condo had a beautiful view. Condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to others. Elevators a little slow during check in and out times.

So awesome to stay close to the beach!

The property is great sized for a large group. The hallway bunks add a lot of great space. The space was a bit dirty with the floor leaving our feet black on the bottoms and the rugs were also visibly dirty. The ceiling over the dining room table was flaking off all over the table. With that being said, the showers and bedrooms were clean as well as the bedding and towels. I would Most likely stay here again.

We loved staying at the Phoenix V, and #812 fit our family perfectly!
