Phoenix V - 6th Floor - 3 Bedroom

We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. The entire facility was clean. All staff were nice and helpful. Check in and out process was easy.

The location of this rental could not be better. Plenty of space I mean very spacious for grandma, mom, dad, 2 kids ages 7 and 10 and One infant. The crib and high chair was an awesome touch, less packing. The place is pretty outdated. The furniture doesnt smell the best, its very old with dust and stains. I mean you can literally see the dust on the recliners and feel the dust when sitting on it. The beds were comfy and nice however BRING BLANKETS, the children and adults were all cold and not comfortable as the blankets provided are basically 2 tops sheets sewn together, not comfortable at all, even worse the material is harder than hospital blankets, the two spare blankets in the closet are super old with hair on them and itchy also thin no one really wanted to use them because they were just not worth the itch. The washer and dryer is about shot the dryer had to be ran twice and we questioned if the washer was even really washing our clothes. The shower in the master bath was extremely small and outdated. The views were gorgeous. The condo itsself is beautiful if money would just be spent to update the things listed. I rated this condo a 3 out of 5 simply because the needed updates really did not correlate well with the price we paid to rent this condo. I think if the price was lowered by 900 it would make it worth it.

Open and spacious with wonderful views!

The condo Was perfect for our 6 person family vacation to the beach this summer. My 2yo niece had a blast on the splash pad while the adults had a leisurely weekend laying on the beach & by the pool. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Will def rent again for next year’s trip!

Loved being with all my family and sharing great memories of our trip. Kitchen well stocked and the decor of the condo was beautiful. The only thing that could have been better was the floors were not cleaned prior to our stay. Loved all the amenities: the pool, splash pad, hot tubs, etc. Thank you for a great time.

We loved the location and views from the balcony. The only issue we had was the bathroom off the master. The shower did not drain well at all.

Condo was fine and big but it had a odor in it when we checked in . Smelt like sewage bad odor we were gagging when we opened front door we called front desk never reported came back went to desk 2 hrs later maintenance man came up poured something down drain in kitchen same odor next day complained again someone cane up checked garbage disposal found something in it poss fish then same smell again next day I’m talking so bad it would gag us the day we left same smell again not sure what is is but it’s bad . The floors were so dirty my grandkids feet were black on the bottom and the baby’s feet were black on bottom and top pay a lot for the cleaning fee needs some more scrubbing on the floors . Sure hope you get the odor taken care of

Condo needs a little more updating and heavy cleaning in bathrooms/shower tub areas but over all everything we needed!

Very clean place with good location and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again!
