Phoenix Orange Beach!! Lazy River!! Beachfront!! Parking Level!!

The view was amazing! The unit itself was very nice, however, the linens did not fit the beds so we had issues with this throughout the stay. There was a phallic shaped smudge on the patio window when we arrived, so that made me concerned about the overall cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen faucet leaked when used and created a section of mold behind the faucet.

Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which was nice and location of the property made going to the store or out to eat a breeze. Parking on the same level as the condo was also nice- front desk staff was very helpful. Also, the balcony provided a nice place to watch the sunset or ocean...On another note, the floors are extremely dirty - not sure what the issue is as they seem clean but 10 minutes without shoes and your feet are black. Also, while the condo has amenities and a coffee maker - and the check in email states they have the basics - there were no coffee filters so I had to buy some which I would have left had I thought they wouldn’t have been thrown away. Truly, bring everything you might need (dish soap, detergent, etc.) because they are only providing a ‘starter set’ of anything—which based on previous experiences at other locations I felt it was a bit skimpy. Overall , we loved the space and location - but bring house shoes or socks!

Awesome layout

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property and probably will again... so, I'd say we're happy.

Reviewer Comments: Condo had a great balcony with a good amount of furniture and had awesome views! Plenty of comfortable furniture on the inside of the condo, also. Beds were pretty comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. The only downside to our condo stay was that the condo had not been mopped and our feet immediately got dirty, before even going to the beach. Hopefully, it was just missed by the cleaning crew and is not regularly missed. Only a couple of minor other housekeeping issues. Would also recommend that the sofa and chair pillow covers be washed.We had a great time. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

The parking was available and so convenient especially since we brought small children and their safety is always upmost in our minds. We were hesitant because we usually stay in a smaller complex but this one was quiet, and never seemed crowded. The pool area was a huge hit with the grandchildren and the grill area was also situated in a great area.

The property is beautifully decorated, easy access from car to door. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a plus for our group. The washer & dryer was nice to wash beach towels & swimwear. The kitchen was stocked well enough but some pieces need to be restocked. Measuring spoons, blades for hand mixer. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap. Salt & pepper and any spices there is nothing! Ceiling fan in living room needs repaired it makes a clicking noise. The patio door is shard to open.

Condo has all everything you need for a great beach trip. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool and water slide. Everyone enjoyed the beach!! Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.
