    It needs a new garbage can and the couch cushions could use some updating as the couches were not comfortable.

    Very nice condo and resort. Very nice and convenient that it has an Ice machine in the wet bar. Phoenix properties are always very nic and accommodating, however this one is above the top. My kids love the lazy river and the water slide. We will be back! Soon

    The condo is very spacious and clean. The ice machine was a fantastic plus too! The unit was well stocked with necessities. It is very close to stores and restaurants as well! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

    We loved everything about the condo, accessibility, cleanliness and communicatwith property staff. Only thing we were bummed about is that there was no beach equipment to utilize. Other beach condos always have something like chair, umbrella or toys. We ended up having to buy it all. Other than that small inconvenience, we loved it there and will be back!

    Our last full day we decided to spend the day at the pool and we found a less than desirable surprise at the bottom of the pool, accidents happen specially when you share space. We reported and waited, no one ever came to clean up.came to clean up.

    We enjoyed our time. My 10 year old daughter had a blast at the pool/lazy river. The ocean was full of jellyfish, so the pool was a great alternative. Security was lacking because we noticed people using the outside, side entrance at the bottom floor parking deck to come and go to the pool and beach. They were very unsavory people. They were all over each other to the point we left. Only once in almost a week did they check for armbands. Also, the bowls in the kitchen were sticky with a white coating on them and the silverware was somewhat dirty.We had issues with Netflix but got it fixed on the 3rd or 4th day. Other than the dishes everything was clean. I contacted the rental agency in regards to the parking passes. I asked how much, they didn't know. I asked them to find out, they couldn't be bothered to call and ask. If, you're wondeing it's $55!!! I think that should have been mentioned in the listing or the rental agency should be courteous enough to find out for you considering how much they make of the listing. The hallway right outside the condo entrance is a loud noise chamber. Every morning we would hear a dog barking and people talking to the point we had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to help quiet the noise. It helped a little. Note: both bedrooms are on that side of the condo. The location was perfect. Zeke's is our favorite restuarant and it's right across the street, along with the ice cream shop. It was a fun time. .

    We were in 1003 and loved everything about it! The condo was super clean and very well taken care of. All staff we were very helpful and nice. Would stay here again and would recommend it to all my family and friends!!

    The condo was perfect for our family of 4! The location & view was also such an added bonus. We will definitely book again next summer & plan to stay even longer!
