Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you'll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night's needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel.     Super clean condo!! Well appointed and comfortable. The communication was over the top great! I always pick a corner unit and it feels bigger with the wall of windows. Highly recommend this unit.

    This condo was perfect for our group of 10 celebrating the New Year! It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy drinks together. The views were incredible—we loved watching both the sunrise and sunset. The pools and hot tubs were clean and inviting, and the overall property was very well cared for. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely recommend this condo to others visiting Orange Beach. The host was also super quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The only thing we would have liked to have was a separate beverage fridge instead of ice maker. But I can see the ice maker coming in handy for the summer time. If we could give more stars we would. We will definitely be back!

    They condo complex was nice. The view was breathtaking. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning from the chairs to the area rugs. Upholstery and and carpet cleaning is a must. This condo is dire need of maintenence. From the toilets running,to broken toliet seats, to sinks dripping. The doors on the laundry room busted. Dryer does not dry on any setting. Quite simply easy fixes. Just not during our 6 days of vacaction. I did report it but canceled the call. As a group we decided we didnt want the interruptions. Yeah yeah you hear all the time call us for any issues during your stay. Well quite simply if the property was properly managed and manitained we wouldnt be leaving this review. Nor should we be subjected to that. These are easly found items if inspected properly. We are the guest not the inspector or property managers. Check-in was a nightmare. We asked all day where the door codes were? We were well aware check-in wasn't until 4, but we wanted to get our groceries prior to going to the condo. We couldnt do that because we didn't recieve codes until after I messaged them at 3:50 that we still didnt have them. I have been with VRBO since 2011 and this is only the second condo I have ever encountered like this. These are easy items to fix between rentals. For the price we paid we shouldn't have to worry about these things while on our vacation. We still had an amazing vacation. Once these fixes and the deep cleaning is done. I am sure it will be great again one day.

    Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful condo to celebrate our granddaughter’s 21st Birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also plenty of space for family meals together. Very close proximity to shopping & restaurants.

    First we were able to check in a couple hours early which never happens anymore This place is right in the middle of everything. Loved that we could walk to Coastal for lunch or brunch or just cocktails. This condo also had plenty of beds to accommodate our family quite easily. I would definitely stay here again.

    Condo 1201 is beautiful and newly renovated with top notch amenities! Owner was nice and accommodating as well as all of the staff at Bama Getaways from the check in process to checkout! The Orange Beach area has lots of friendly people!! We will be back for sure! My family loves the Phoenix! Let’s not forget the lazy River!!!

    Condo was great. Very clean and beautiful views. And nicely decorated The property itself I think could be cleaned more regularly such as windows and walk ways. Checkin desk was hit or Miss for checking in and someone being at desk. Unable to use kiosk for parking passes or to get bands. Had to get the next day and deal was not always manned. Condo however was great.
