Stayed Jul 30, 2022Was very pleased with the process in renting the condo and everyone was helpful and kind. We have stayed at Phoenix IX before and always loved it. And we loved our unit this time. It was beautiful and clean and had a great set up for our family with plenty of room for everyone! It was not too high up and we liked the view very much. It was also right by the elevator and the parking deck as well. It was perfect! Just wish we could have gotten checked in earlier but otherwise it was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Apr 6, 2021We had an amazing vacation and calling this condo home for the week was perfect. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, ages 4 - 85 yrs old. We have stayed at Phoenix West and Phoenix Orange Beach before and this location was just as lovely, minus the lazy river. We really liked that the beach was so close to the property unlike other locations where it feels like you are trucking all of your beach items so far before getting close to the water. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was better than could have imagined. View was beautiful as was the whole condo. Beds were comfortable as well.
