    We absolutely loved this condo! It looked exactly as the photos described. The balcony gives amazing views of both the beach and a beautiful side view of the bay. We loved that there were plenty of towels. Only very minor issue was that the cleaning staff could have dusted. Overall it fit my family's needs so perfectly!

    Phoenix IX was a definite step up from the other Phoenix properties. Not that they were bad, but this was a nice, bigger, condo. Indoor/outdoor pool, beach front, indoor parking. We even played tennis and pickle ball. Within 8 miles from grocery stores and great restaurants close from casual to formal. Only a couple minor issues… check in was a little confusing (door code and parking passes), the balcony had not been cleaned (it wasn’t terrible but should have been cleaned for the price, only 2 elevators(for non-owners) so a little bit of a wait at times. Again, this condo was very nice and spacious. I would stay here again!

    We loved this condo! The view from the 12th floor is stunning. Great access to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The one thing that would have been nice would to have at least had some beach towels if not some beach equipement in the condo for us to use. We did purchase and leave some beach towels at the condo so hopefully they get left there for others to use.
