Additionally, there is a double Queen suite with a private bathroom and balcony access, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. For extra convenience, the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa with balcony access.

The family room is furnished with brand new furniture, including a sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    Girls getaway trip. Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. Beautiful views, well appointed condo, spacious, clean, has everything you need. Watch out for loose or broken tiles though. Activities and dining a short drive away to the infamous Flora-Bama a block away. We would definitely stay again!!

    This condo is incredible. Super spacious and each room has a balcony that wraps around to the main balcony. Extremely nice and homey environment. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others needing a big condo..

    Phoenix IX 1101 is a beautiful condo! Condo is huge and has plenty of space with comfortable amenities. The view is to die for. Location is wonderful and close to the Florabama and restaurants. We cannot wait to book our next stay!
