Stayed Jul 12, 2025Unit was satisfactory. Bathroom very small and tub drained poorly. Kitchen well equipped with utensils and cookware. One elevator was down for over two days causing long waits. Probably looking for a different unit next time. Reservations and check in/out very easy.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025dishwasher was broken but a new dishwasher was installed immediately. excellent service. Also changed batteries on remote immediately when we called about problem with remote in master bedroom. again, excellent service. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee makers and anything else needed in a kitchen. also had a lot of seating for TV watching and nice big dining table and chairs. Very enjoyable stay at condo and beach. only one item was that the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned.

Stayed May 22, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 4153. We would strongly recommend a new set of pots and pans. They are in terrible shape and they are not expensive to replace and would make cooking so much easier. Also, shower drains very slow in the master and needs to be looked at. Hope to be back again in the future!
