    The property was very nice.. but I was very disappointed that we were not told next to us was a construction site I mean the same building the wall next to us!!!! I call to speak to property manager 3 times with no response!! No fault of the owner….. property manager was not responding to me. We should have been notified of the construction before we booked.

    It was a very relaxing vacation for us. Even with the rain, it was still nice to view the beach from the balcony. My only regret is that there was noisy construction going on. Banging could be heard in our condo, and the noise while at the pool was extreme.

    Had several problems from broken bathtub faucet, clogged tub drain, bathroom sink cold faucet, master bedroom fan, icemaker.

    Overall, the property was nice enough, but it was very small and would be really tight with more than two guests. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, but the cookware was not in good condition at all. The knives were dull, the light over the stove was out, and there were no potholders. The bathtub should have a handrail installed for ease in standing and getting out, especially for older guests, but it would be a good safety practice overall. The iron did not work. I also think hosts should consider how long guests are staying and adjust certain amenities, like washing detergent and toilet paper, for those guests staying a week or more. It would show your guests you put forth an extra effort, and it would encourage people to choose your condo for a return visit. I don't think I would select this condo again.

    Having to wait until after 5:30 pm to check in cut short our vacation time tremendously. We were told it was because they did not have enough housekeepers - not our fault- they should not punish us because of this. We then had to stand in line for over 30 mins. before checked in. There was no linen for the pull-out sofa. I had to go downstairs to front desk twice before they would give me any (They first said it was wrapped in plastic in the closet. It was NOT, that was a blanket and a bedspread which we had been instructed not to use because of COVID precautions. )The whole condo was dusty, the floors were not mopped, or were slopply mopped, the bathroom had hair on floor and behind the commode. The shower walls were not clean. There was sand on the rugs. The curtains on sliding door to balcony & the windows would not pull open easily and when needed to be closed, they did not meet so I slept with outside lights streaming in all night both nights. It is a nice condo and nicely furnished and kitchen stocked well with dishes and utensils, but the bad things did offset the good things. If cleaned up properly and linen supplied, we would rent it again.

    I just returned from a five night stay at this unit. It was perfect! Exactly as stated. I had no problems whatsoever and would choose this unit again in a heartbeat. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. the sleeper sofa was used and it was easy to let out and very comfortable. The view from the balcony can't be beat. We saw dolphins many times during our stay. The building itself is well lit and the front desk staff was very friendly. I wish we could have have taken advantage of the 'one more night' special!
