Stayed Jun 13, 2025While the view was gorgeous, you can't eat scenery. The facility was less than clean. The couches were musty and worn out, apartment hasn't seen any paint in years, the drainage was very slow running, all dishes had to be cleaned priuor to use, AND the Noise! Kids have no supervision, nore does adults. Screaming at the top of their lungs until 2-3 am! Never again!!!!

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Only one elevator was in service for a condo building with 15 floors, not even a service elevator for staff. Lone working elevator also stopped working twice during our visit. The whole building could use some TLC. Condo was functional, king bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was awful- mattress was stained. Lots of furniture crammed into a tiny space and all fabric furniture was visibly stained- throw pillows were gross. They need a new pull out couch at the very minimum. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom tub drain was clogged so we had to stand in dirty water to shower. Notified Brett/Robinson who claimed they would send someone and never did. I cleaned it out myself- disgusting. We spend most days outside. Thankfully. One broom that looked like it was a decade old, not great for sweeping sand. But- you can’t beat sipping coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Very fine- would not stay in this unit again.

Stayed Apr 6, 2022The sofa bed had mold all over and doesnt lay flat, so they had to change us to another building/room which takes a lot of time to pack and unpack again again. The location and the beach access was good but the property overall is very old.

Stayed Mar 27, 2021The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well furnished. We had an amazing view of the ocean and the beach was wonderful. The Phoenix III property was safe, clean and well maintained by friendly staff and security. We look forward to a return visit!
