Had a great stay! The condo was nice, balcony was big and plenty big to drink coffee in the mornings and sit outside at night to listen to the waves, I proposed to my Fiancé Sunday evening so we will never forget the location and the stay at Phoenix. We will be back!

This was a fantastic property to stay in. My wife and I loved it. The view of the beach was perfect was perfect. Usually, I like to stay on higher floors, but this was better (3rd floor). The unit was clean and everything that we used worked well. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we come back. Though the beach was great, I think we enjoyed sitting out on back porch just as much in the mornings and evenings.

Its older and shows its age. Has some paint peeling. Older fixtures. The tub would not drain and the dryer took 3-5 cycles to get remotely dry. Ac smelled like mildew. Other than those few maintenance items it was great. Staff where all great except one front desk girl who acted like waiting on us would end her life. Overall ok just a little high for the shape of the condo itself.

The condo was in the perfect location for the music festival we attended. It was big enough for the two of us. The balcony and the view was awesome. Just steps from the beach. You can't get any better than that.

The property was great nice and clean. The condo could use some updating and some things fixed.

Didn’t receive enough of a compensation for having a large bug in our 1st apartment. We were moved to another apt that wasn’t as nice. Only 100. off which should have been a lot more. Disappointed with that! This does not have to go for everyone to see, because I don’t like leaving negative reviews. Would appreciate more money off… at least 300. more. Thank you!

Everything was excellent!

Balcony was the highlight of the show! So big with comfortable lounge chairs.

Check in was smooth and communication with the owner was very open. Condo was clean and just as advertised. I definitely will be staying with them again!

PROS...The location was perfect. The ocean view was phenomenon! Hot tub cozy!CONS...This condo would be perfect if general updating done...painting walls, repairing woodwork throughout condo, bathroom in much need of updating.

This condo was right on the beach with just enough room for two. Excellent amenities and walking distance to some restaurants.

It was exactly what we expected. It was clean, decorated nicely, and we had plenty of towels and washcloths. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location, nice layout, hugh patio.. but very basic condo, need lots of updates. Only one of the two elevators worked the whole time. Will not be returning

Great condo

This was a great condo and loved being on the third floor. I loved the large balcony it had. Was clean and a great location for us.

We brought our grandson who is starting kindergarten this year. The condo was all it said it would be. Washer and dryer is a plus in my book. The balcony was huge and I loved sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee and reading my Bible. The beach was great and the pool was wonderful. Loved our plane and hope to come back next year

Very nice vacation but got cut short early due to unfortunate circumstances. Probably will not return to this beach as we seem to prefer the Florida beaches.
