Phoenix II 2105 by Liquid Life

The view of the beach was very nice and as advertised. The condo itself was moderately clean but not in good repair. There were several poorly patched and painted areas on the walls; the furniture was very worn, and the couch and recliner were dirty. The fans in the bedrooms were very squeaky and, therefore, not usable at night. Also, the capacity of the water heater made showers challenging with 2 adults and 3 teens. We will not stay here again.

We has a wonderful stay. The unit was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I took my mother in law for a week and stayed in this room. It was a great size for the 3 of us. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked as far as silverware but other than that it was great!! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Check-in was easy. everything was just as we expected.

Condo is a little dated and the couch was a little dirty. Owner responded quickly to our messages. Price was fair however, I thought 55 parking fee amount should be included in the price or the parking fee price should at least be disclosed up front. Overall not a bad experience. Nice set up location to many things.

Property was clean, but somewhat dated. Part of the wall in the dining/living room had been repainted, but of course, the paint didn’t match completely and it looked bad. The pictures made the space look much larger than it truly is, but it was fine for us. Check in was easy and check out was a breeze. Loved the balcony! We would choose to stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed. Small issues addressed quickly

As soon as we arrived the condo smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the number on my reservation and they said they would send someone out to remove the smell from the condo; they would give us a call before they arrived. They NEVER arrived nor did they call. We decided to stay on the balcony or in the Master bedroom where the smell was not present. The condo was clean but due to damaged walls, old stained tub and dirty grout it appeared to look old, outdated, and not very clean. Also, two big bags of linens stayed next to our door the entire visit except for the last twenty four hours where the bags were literally placed in front of our door. I never leave a bad review but this stay was not what we expected. I have often thought of staying at the Phoenix but if this condo is a true refection then I will never stay there again. Note to whom ever handles the property calls. Please do what you say will be done and make things right. No one should have to limit their activity due to an unpleasant smell. We paid for a condo, not a bedroom and balcony. I hope this review will remind whomever is in charge to make the effort by correcting whatever is not right.

Loved our stay. It was very clean but could have used a couple more hand towels (only had 2 one for each bathroom) but we made due. Great location as well close to everything.
