Phoenix Gulf Shores, 4BR, Water Slide! What a View!!!

Incredible place. Amazing views off the balcony and wonderful pools for the kids to play.

This was our second year to stay in the condo. All was perfect--comfortable furnishings, beautiful view, comfortable bed.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen was well furnished. Can’t beat the beach view. Several lights were not working. Need to supply more Toilet paper and garbage bags.

We had the best time! Our Condo was great and beautiful! We had sunshine everyday and our 5 grandbabies had a blast! Thank you so much for making our trip a success!

Beautiful view. Great balcony. We had 10 people and the accommodations were great for that number. The elevator access is very good as well. Nice size elevators and never more than a minute wait going up or down. Kids loved the jacuzzi in the master suite and the slide at the pool. We loved the ice maker and plenty of kitchenware for our needs. Overall great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly how we expected. We loved the ocean view!

Centrally located, impressive decor and condo design, the surround windows of a corner unit 22 floors up gave you a try bird flying view and you can see the width and distance to the end of the isle-but also clearly see and hear the oceanfront waves! We’ll equipt kitchen, wonderfully thick bath towels, elevator and bag cart ease, ample parking but also-grocery, liquor and a few good restaurants were within walking distance. I felt safe enough to return solo!

Beautiful property.

Condo was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Only thing missing in kitchen was an air fryer. Otherwise, plenty of everything needed in kitchen. Will rent again!!

Beautiful condo. The unit was beautiful and lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The extra ice machine was awesome! We were 4 couples al friends have the same wedding anniversary. So we decided to celebrate together. We had the best time. I would stay here again. Great condo and view was amazing

You will not be disappointed with this condo! The description is highly accurate and the space was very clean. We had 10 guests and definitely had plenty of room. The pool was great and the beach was easily accessible. As a side note, we dropped a cell phone from the 22nd floor to the 16th floor. The property staff, as well as Michael from Phoenix Vacation Properties, were extremely accommodating and helpful in helping us to get it back. Their time was much appreciated!

I do think the pictures make the living room look bigger than it really is, but still plenty of space for all of us. Love the location on the beach and the pool & slide was a hit for our littles!

The condo was very well equipped for cooking. Eight people fit comfortably. Pool was a great fit for the kids 2 to 10. Initial concern about no lazy river was not an issue. Friends were made quickly. The children declared it the best week of their life. The unit is on the Southwest corner with open view of the gulf and a sunset show each evening. Initially some of the group were pushing to go to Florida Rosemary/30a. At the end of the week they agreed that Gulf Shores is comfortable place to be.

I was concerned about being so high up and having to take the elevator, however, there were 4 elevators and all were working!! It was not a problem at all. There was a boogy board for outside, but no beach chairs or umbrellas. Plan to bring your own or rent at the beach. The decor was beautiful and I don't have the appropriate words to describe the beautiful view! We did have random visits from from maintenence for spraying bugs and air conditioning filter replacement. A heads up about them coming would have been nice. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to return to this beautiful place!!

We loved it! Make sure you buy toilet paper. We just assumed there was more and ended up in a minor crisis situation, lol. Other than that, the condo and facilities were perfect. We already want to return.
