Phoenix Gulf Shores, 4BR Beauty!! Beachfront!! Waterslide

We had a great experience at this place. We had four families visit and we had a great experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for four families because of there being only three bathrooms but everything else was great for us.

The property was beautiful. There were two issues onsite, but the property manager was quick and efficient in addressing concerns. The location is perfect!

We had a great stay this past weekend. When we arrived, one of the toilet seats was broken and the property team fixed it immediately. It was a great location and the beach was perfect.

Loved the location of the property. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the ocean and the bay were fantastic. Hope to return next year!

The condo is nice and updated. There was definitely a lack of cooking utensils and what was available for use was not the greatest. Plenty of silverware, cups, and plates but the pots/pans definitely need updating. 1 baking sheet and very few dishes to bake with. The plastic spoons and spatulas are also not high quality and are difficult to cook with. No extra dish towels for cleaning dishes and drying them.

Michael was fantastic with communication. This was the perfect place for our family reunion. 12 people total. The unit provides the best view of the Gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

Our 3 granddaughters under the age of 14 in condo while everyone else on beach. The couple was told someone was in unit. They knocked no one answered the door but they entered with the master code on the keypad anyway. We we not informed by the Phoenix Rental group anyone was coming on that date. My husband went to desk and they knew how upset he was. They told him this company had contract to spray twice a month. Would inform the company of his concerns. That doesn’t fix the concerns of their clients.The condo was in a great location was beautiful from every window. Needs new mattress on beds. Sent an email to our agent Michael it was read with no response.We will not rent a condo from the Phoenix group again. If they let people have master codes for key pad and are not concerned with the safety of their renters. It only takes 1 bad person to hurt a child.
