Phoenix Gulf Shores 1004 by Liquid Life

The condo itself was very nicely furnished with beautiful ocean views, and we love the building’s amenities. This particular condo was beautiful, but was not very well stocked. There were no sheets for the pullout bed and not nearly enough towels for a 4-bedroom unit. The kitchen was also poorly stocked compared to all other condos I’ve stayed in. Very nice balcony, but only 4 chairs and a chaise, which was not enough seating for a large group. Overall, we had a wonderful time, however. If you have a smaller group and don’t want to cook, this is a very nice place.

The view was great the place could use some paint and a few of the shelves were missing or broken in the refrigerator. I love that there was a separate ice maker. When we arrived it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in good shape. The deck was missing a chair for the table and the kitchen supplies were lacking. That being said we were on a girls trip and didn’t want to cook so it wasn’t an issue for us personally. The place was large and well spread out. It truly could sleep a small army. There were only three girls on our trip so we all had ample space and our own bathrooms. We didn’t cook but did have snacks to munch on. We arrived 2 hours earlier than we were allowed access. The gal at the front said the room was clean and ready but liquid life wouldn’t release the room till 4pm. I get it we did not pay for early check in and I guess rules are rules but it seemed silly if the place was ready and we were only talking a two hour difference. That being said the folks at liquid life were not rude on the phone when I called to inquire and I would definitely book with them again. The location was fantastic close to a ton of bars/restaurants. This was my 4th year in a row to visit Gulf Shores and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed. Parking was great with lots of spaces available. We left the condo by 8am the day of checkout. I got a text at 4pm asking if we had left. Unfortunately I didn’t get the text till later that evening due to travel.

The property was very nice, few amenities like toilet paper, hand soap, enough towels. But overall very nice set up!

Very clean, lots of room for everyone, walking distance for food and ice cream.

The condo and facility is great. There were no issues with communication or accommodations. Great location for our interests. You can walk to many things. We were able to park 4 cars. This part of the beach is not a sunset lovers area.

Everything was great!I just have a few suggestions:1. More chairs on the patio, there were only 3. 2. Tupperware or something to store leftovers in.3. Larger coffee maker.

The condo itself is very nice . After learning we couldn't get extra towels or blankets because of how we rented , was somewhat disappointed. Im glad there weren't 16 of us because you get 4 towels per bathroom. The bar stools are either broken or very loose . 1 lounge on the balcony is broken . ere is nothing near enough kitchen equipment to make a meal , but enough to get by . Extra trash bags for all can would be nice . Thats the disapointments . On the other end of the spectrum , . The condo is very roomie , it was clean and the furnishings are top notch . We had 6 grand children and they really enjoyed the pool . We will try to stay there again .

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores. The condo overall was as advertised. A few minor issues that took away from the overall experience were the refrigerator light not working correctly, the telephone randomly ringing, the smoke detector battery needing replaced, and no batteries in the TV remote.

Our party really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful view and spacious condo. The kitchen did not have hot pads and the pans were pretty worse for wear but otherwise the condo worked out great for our large party. Would definitely stay here again! My review would have been a 5 start if it weren't for the Phoenix staff. Days before check-in I had reached out regarding an additional parking pass, this communication was great and I was told that because we paid for our passes online in advance at check-in we would have everything we needed in our room already. We received a notice from security on day two of our stay that we needed a parking permit, even though we were never provisioned one. We dealt with this at the front desk when we were finally able to get in contact with someone and received passes for our party upon request. Then the next day we got in trouble for not having wristbands while at the pool... these were never provisioned to us nor were we notified of this necessity until this point. I recommend physically checking in at the front desk when you arrive and ensure all requirements are met to avoid needing to engage with the front desk.

The room was fantastic! Perfect size for our family. Amazing views! The pool and beach were fantastic!

This condo was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room and any minor issues were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend this condo.

Condo appeared to be clean, but after walking with bare feet in the condo, our feet were filthy. Our 14 month old granddaughter knees, feet and hands were black-we called it ‘Walmart feet’. The knees of her pjs were black and we had to change her before she took a nap and at bedtime. Needs a new living room rug!!! The floors need mopped between check ins!!!!! Other than that- it was great.

Everything was great , accurate. Love the floor to wall windows .. speechless
