Phoenix Gulf Shores 1001 4 Bedroom Gulf Front

The ocean was visible from the balcony. It was a beautiful view. The check in process was super simple and quick. We arrived late, but was able to check in even though the lobby was closed by keyless entry. Had to wait until the lobby was open to receive a parking pass printed off, but the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Look forward to staying at this property again! Everyone loved the heated pool!

We enjoyed everything. Beach was beautiful. Condo was awesome. Great views. Needed a couple more fans for the bedrooms.(we like the noise of the fan). We had 14 people and there was enough room for everyone. Only negative was the extra cost for parking. I believe that was a little excessive.

Beach view was great. The beach was crowded. If you rented chairs, people would place chairs in front of the rented chairs so you saw them instead of the water. The following maintenance needs to be done in the rental, batteries in remotes and fire alarms. Fire alarm went off the first night and you could not turn it off. The condo needs some larger, non stick pans for breakfast food. The lamps need extension cords because they don’t have plugs where they’re located so don’t work. The master bathtub handle came off and water was going everywhere. My son got it back on. The water pressure is horrible. You can barely rinse the soap off. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, had to hand wash before we left. The kitchen overhead light wouldn’t stay on so hard to cook at night. The recliner was broken and if you sat in it, it made the most annoying squeaky sound every time you moved in it. The dryer takes a couple of hours to dry a load of clothes. It is a shame that basic maintenance has not been done. The condo is larger in the pictures but could be a nice place if things would be fixed appropriately. I hate going on vacation and have to worry about the maintenance of the place I rented. The check in is really easy. The management team responded back to me in a timely manner. The kids loved having swimming pools. Regardless, we had a good trip with family.

Beautiful views clean.

Beautiful condo that needs a few touches to make it perfect. We had an issue with the dryer taking forever to dry small loads of clothes. We did call and have a work order put in for it to be checked and I honestly don’t know if it was ever looked at. We asked for extra towels due to the dryer (12 women staying) and we had to ask a second time and then pick them up ourselves.The shower curtain in the shared bathroom needs to have the shower curtain clips replaced. It is missing several.We lost water for about 2 hours one day and never knew why.Even so, we had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the beach access was so close. Definitely recommend staying here.

Place had everything needed to start off with. Enough room for 5 adults and two children. Beach is right outside, plenty of parking, and quiet. Store across street for forgotten things, and within walking distance to several restaurants. Unit only has starter packs for necessities such as soap and toilet paper, so if staying longer than 2-3 days may need to resupply (as noted, there is a store across the street for these items, a Walmart/target 10 min drive). Overall an excellent unit to stay in

The condo and property are super nice. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Right on the beach. Great views, lots of windows. Ideal location. I really liked the set up with 2 queen beds in each room and master king. The large jacuzzi tube was perfect for the littles to bathe. There was also a very large balcony overlooking the beach. I was so impressed that I have already booked the same condo for next year. I don't want to wait and take the chance of missing out of getting this specific condo and setup.

Great room and wonderful, quick responses from owner. The only issue was the A/C would struggle and would not get below 76.

Underwhelmed with the condition of this condo considering the price we paid. Floors were FILTHY, same with the furniture, rug and dining room chairs, sand in beds, dryer doesn’t dry clothes, toilet was broken and ac was out for 2 days!! Mgmt company not very concerned and no communication on their part. I would never stay in this condo again, not sure I’d deal with anything run by this company either. Save your money!

I had to contact the hosts myself to get code to enter unit, as they did not send it by the check-in time. From the description on VRBO and the amount of money we paid we expected clean, stocked, and well maintained. It was none of those things! Beds had sand and hair in them, floors were filthy, some of the dishes were dirty in cabinet. There are no light-filtering curtains on any of the ceiling to floor windows, only sheers. This was a nightmare for our 2 and 5 year old children who couldn't sleep with direct light in their faces. We spent most of our time washing and drying all of the bedding since it was dirty upon arrival. The dryer barely works so it would take 3 full cycles to dry each load. The ice maker at bar was totally broken. We grabbed blankets from the closets and there was a huge stain on one and someone's eyelash extensions on another. There was one roll of toilet paper for each restroom for 8 people, no extra paper towels, one garbage bag, no towel in the kitchen, no baking pans at all, and lots of scratches on walls/stains on chairs and sheers. It felt dirty and we were all disappointed. We expected so much better. Also, the indoor pool area is very slippery and I witnessed 4 people slip and fall (3 children and 1 adult). When I reached out to the host agency, I received absolutely no help for the issues I reported. Again, very disappointed and don't recommend.

The unit size was perfect for us. The views were amazing. The pool, beach access, lobby, etc were easy to use and clean. This is not a deal breaker but the unit could use some updating, little things broken or simple maintenance not completed and there was only one dresser in the master bedroom(weird). Overall it was good for what we needed for a beach vacay. I would stay again but if found a similar updated unit may select that instead.

My favorite condo so far! Easy to book, easy check in/out. Perfect location with easy access to everything. Brett Robinson is always so easy to deal with.

We enjoyed this property a lot. Easy access to the beach and the kids loved the slide. The only complaint i would have is there was dirt and sand in our bedding when we arrived telling me the bedding was not changed properly. There is a drip coffee pot if you choose to bring coffee. Bring extra towels if you have a large group as well. The dryer also takes about 3 cycles to dry. The view is spectacular. The space is beautiful. Could have used an extra set of sheets for our pull out bed as well. Overall, the condo was exactly what it was described as there were just small cleanliness and maintenence things we noticed. Its a great place for a family vacation with a qood amount of space for everyone and different swimming options for the kids to enjoy.

Nice and clean. A couple of the legs on two dinette chairs were very loose, we just set them aside and didn’t use. But the overall stay was very good.

We had an amazing stay! The check in/check out process was seamless. All of the amenities were great. This was our third stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores and our stay was awesome as always!
