Phoenix East 7th Floor 2 Bedroom Condo - On the Beach!

Convenient to everything!

Overall, great experience. Could use more cutlery in room and larger coffee mugs. Beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Outdoor furniture is not super comfortable. We had a nice time!

Overall the condo was ok-clean, but definitely going through some minor renovations (ie painting not complete). Blender did not work, so we had to go buy our own at the closest grocery store. And most disappointing was the indoor pool and hot tubs. Only 1 hot tub was working and the whole indoor pool area was in disrepair and unsanitary. The hot tub that did work had green mold on the sides and the ceilings had vents open/exposed and the whole place was dripping due to humidity with rust.

The property is a lot more nice in person. The unit we stayed in was more spacious and more clean than we expacted. The staff is nice. Parking is secure and plentiful. No complaints.

The carpet in the unit needs replacing. Balcony furniture is atrocious and uncomfortable. Commons area for the complex require cleaning on a more timely basis. Umbrellas in the pool area would be an added value. Throwing objects is not enforced. Smoking on balconies is not monitored, nor handled when reported.

The condo above ours was being remodeled so our unit was VERY NOISY during the day. One night furniture or something was being Dragged across the floor until 1:30 am. Made the entire trip miserable

The room was as shown on the listing and it was a great stay. All within minutes of restaurants and right on the beach. Definitely recommend!

The view and beach access was perfect. However, the guest room had a layer of seat on the headboard, empty water bottles behind the bed & dust all over the dish boxes that you had to plug in yourself. We were also expecting more stuff to cook with, very dated kitchen utensils. We were expecting some seasonings in the pantry, but there was nothing. I mean at least salt and pepper. The master bedroom bed was super uncomfortable. There are stains all over the carpet and couches. It just didn’t seem like a clean room at all.

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we loved it! The condo was perfect, updated, clean, with beautiful views. The entire trip was exactly what we were looking for.

Check in was easy, the room was beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony was great and the beaches were better than we expected. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The condo was perfect for our family
