Phoenix East 1409 - Beautiful Gulf Front Condo

This carefully decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo is a great place to stay while you enjoy the pleasures of the beach. The living area has two sofas and a modern Eames lounge chair, as well as a large console for a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Your kitchen is fully equipped and contains the tools and utensils essential for you to make your own meals. Two stools are at the breakfast bar, while a glass dining table has four chairs so you can sit togetherto enjoy your meals in comfort. There are a table and four chairs on the balcony, so you can also gather there to watch the boats go by and take in the impressive scenery. Your master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized bed, an armchair with an ottoman, and a bathroom essentially identical to the one in the master.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
