Stayed Jul 1, 2023Loved that we could watch the boats coming in and out to the bay and we had the perfect 4th of July fireworks show from the balcony. The condo was clean, updated, and the perfect location for our family!

Stayed Mar 14, 2022I was pleasantly impressed! It was the updated and clean! Sometimes pictures false advertise, not 1203! It looked better in person. We felt at home and check in was so quick and easy! The only problem I would say is only one elevator was working, but it was repaired in a timely manner.

Stayed Mar 4, 2021The location and the views are great, saw dolphins almost every day from the balcony. The layout is good for 2 couples to comfortably stay. Only drawbacks i would mention is there are no dressers to unpack and put your clothes away and they really need more comfortable furniture in the living room. It is functional but not comfortable to sit and appreciate the views. I also wish the renter would have been more communicative prior to the stay. I needed to know how late arrival time could be and i tried multiple times to get answers through the live chat, phone and email and had no success.

Stayed May 11, 2019First visit to Orange Beach and first time booking with VRBO. Condo was better than expected. Balcony was awesome. Elevators were quick. Nice quiet place to relax and in close distance of eating and shopping.
