Phoenix East - 10th Floor - 2 Bedroom

The property was clean and well located. The check in process was a little confusing as I arrived after 6 pm and had to check in at Phoenix VIi

We stayed in Ft. Morgan for the first week with kids / grandkids, and finished our last four days @ Phoenix East. The property was nice, staff super friendly, our 1010 condo was just exactly what we needed- nicely decorated, clean, well-stocked - like being at home on the beach. The location is perfect - great restaurants within a very short drive. The Gulf became our favorite spot - perfect for couples and families on the water; Cobalts’ live music and outdoor seating in the Bay; and Steamers for their Crab Legs. Orange Beach is chilled and fun at the same time! Love AL - everyone is so friendly which seems to make everyone visiting feel at home. Coming from KY “Y’all” always love to hear their “Yes Ma’am”! Enjoy!

This condominium was perfect. Very clean, comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Also very nicely decorated. Loved the location as it was near the jetties so we could watch the boats coming in and out.

We had a relaxing time with great views of the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the close beach access. Our condo unit was decorated very nicely. The only downside was that the unit smelled very strongly of moth balls and the bathrooms were poorly ventilated and smelled like mildew.

After months of not being able to get out and enjoy seeing different things and cancelled trips we rented the condo at Orange Beach. My family including a new grandson spent a week enjoying the beach and pools without concerns.

Upon arrival we found out the Fitness Center, Racketball Court and Hot Tubs were all closed. This should have been removed as an amenities, this is called false advertising. On the 3rd and final day ( Sunday ), we went to the pool and found all the chairs had been removed, weather was not bad. As we walked to the pool, my son stepped on a piece of glass in the hallway, this prevented him from walking on the beach and getting in the water. Upon returning to the room, we asked management for an extra roll of toilet paper. We were told the toilet paper truck does not run until 2:00 Monday, and they were out. This was a straight up lie, as i walked by the room at the entrance and seen at least 100+ rolls. If the policy is not to give out a roll, we would prefer to have been told this instead of a flat out lie. The room was nice, but the outside of the refrigerator was so dirty we did not use it. Upon checking out, there was no inquiry about our stay, just “ Your good, Bye !” Also, I can not believe we were made to pay for the Renter Telephone Charges and HOA Service Fee. As a previous condo owner, I had to pay for my phone and HOA fee. We came down to rent the condo, not pay for the owners bills. We will not return.

Very nice condo. Comfortable beds, clean, great views, with nice pool. Perfect for our family. My only complaint is that the beach is very narrow right in front of this condo. Not much room for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The condo was updated and decorated tastefully (just like in the photos). The staff here were all very friendly. The only issue we had was that we couldn't lock the sliding glass door. Being on the 10th floor, we weren't all that worried about it.

Loved the condo! Great location to beach, shops, food and amazing views. The condo comfortably fit our family of six. Not sure if it was the bed or the sound of the ocean but some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix East. The condo/room was beautiful, super clean, and had gorgeous views. The property was a perfect location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband, two kids, and I would stay here again for sure!
