** Phoenix East ~ 1 Bedroom!

The condo had great views of the gulf. The furnishings were a bit worn, but still nice overall.

Facilities were adequate for our needs. The cable Tv was out for two days. The construction noise was very distracting! I never saw a notification about construction on the advertising material or rental agreement

Had a great stay at the property. Only thing we didn’t like was the pull out couch. Lucky we didn’t need it for the full stay. It was very uncomfortable. The king bed was great though and everything else was as expected. Would stay at this condo again in the future.

Unit and property were great. Units needs a few basics added , simple things like salt and pepper, 1 extra toilet paper.

My wife and I arrived on time for our 3:00 check in but was told that “ the room was still being cleaned” and would be 10 more minutes. I was ok with that because I understand that things sometimes happen. After 20 minute I had heard nothing so I went back inside and asked about our room, only to be told that it would be “10 more minutes”. So we went back out to our car in parking lot. After waiting another 30 minutes I went back inside to be told “sorry but they haven’t even started on cleaning your room until 5 minute ago”. We ended up waiting 75 minutes in our car for our room to be cleaned and the communication between front desk and cleaning staff was terrible!

We enjoyed our room and location. It was a bit to figure out the locking of the door when leave but that's fine. Overall would recommend!

Great accommodations. No issues. Check in was on time and easy. The stay was wonderful. Great view of the ocean.

Overall excellent ~ outstanding view of the ocean! The only complaint would be the beds in the couches which my kids stayed on, especially the red chair was not comfortable for sleeping. If the property is listed as “sleeps 5” it should be comfortable. Thanks!
