Stayed Aug 28, 2024The first night, the bed frame cracked after I was in bed for 5 minutes (I weigh 125#). We slept on the sofa bed to prevent further damage to the bed, which was actually pretty comfy. I took pictures of the bed and sent it to the text thread with Beach Getaways. They were very quick to respond and the bed was repaired the following day. The TV was a little complicated to work, but the AC worked very well (it was freezing ?) We always stay at the Phoenix complexes due to the great locations. Overall, the unit could use some updates but not bad spot for a quick weekend getaway.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Everything stated on website was accurate. Furnishings are perfect for a beach stay. We enjoyed having a broom and vacuum for the extra sand we accumulated. Will definitely book again!!
