Great property! Hosts were responsive and made stay pleasant. Would def come back!

Only very basic amenities provided. The condo itself was dated and the sleeper sofa has long passed it’s life expectancy. The pool was nice as was the beach access.

The property has an excellent view and the accommodations were perfect! The unit was very clean with new appliances. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was great with communication from several days prior to our arrival to the last day of our visit. Kudos to you, Kathy! Nice, clean condo. Location is great. Kathy was nothing short of amazing. We had a small fridge/freezer issue and she was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Kathy is an excellent host. The condo was fully equipped and had a beautiful view. I will definitely try to get her condo when we return to visit our daughter in Foley.

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay! The condo was beach side and very family oriented. We were very pleased and had no complaints reference the accommodations. Exactly as listed! The owner was on top of everything and provided every detail we needed to make our stay trouble free from start to finish. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We can't thank you enough for making our stay a memorable one!!

My husband, myself and our 3 daughters enjoyed our week In this unit. Everything we needed was located inside the condo, my girls were able to have their own space and of course, there were plenty of necessities provided. My only suggestion would be new furniture. The couch and the chairs were very uncomfortable just because of the wear and tear on them, which I know is not any fault of the owners. Kathy was very responsive any time I had questions. Great place to stay!

Clean place friendly faces

The check-in process was a bit of a mess, the agent they use would not get back for a while or forget to get back to us. The unit was not bad, but it was dirty. The dust build up on the closet rack, and the ceiling fan was disgusting. The pantry area, i would not put anything in because of how unclean it was. During the checkout process, we were told checkout was at 10am. We were in the process of taking our belongings down to the car, when I went back up, at 9:50am, the cleaning crew was already there. I still had some belongings o grab, including my wedding ring. When I told the agent who manages the property, my response was, well I don't manage the cleaning crew. Would not stay here again.

We booked our stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and invited my mom as a mothers day gift. The condo was perfect. We had great access to the condo and the beach. The condo was in a great location in town and the staff were wonderful. Kathy was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.
