PET FRIENDLY Beachy condo w/gulf views in a gated community!

This property had a beautiful scenic. Our balcony faced the beach across the street. Nice and quiet ample space in the unit. Wish it came with beach chairs and beach toys but it did not. Rental chairs at the beach were pricey $45.00 a day. Overall beautiful city would definitely return.

Fantastic location and very pet friendly. Compass Resorts, property management, was delightful and easy to work with. The unit itself, while clean and well stocked, is in desperate need of renovating.

We always love staying at Maravilla. However, I must complain about the bed in the master bedroom. When I pay close to 500/night, I expect better than a metal camp bed in the master bedroom. This was really unacceptable. We will use Compass (they were great), and we will keep staying at Maravilla, but not in this unit.

This property was everything we needed for our lil vacay to Miramar/Destin! The view from the balcony was incredible, and the access to the beach was so close and easy. The property itself was clean and ready to go for us when we arrived. The neighborhood it's located in is also really nice, and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming. My family and I would definitely come again!

Compass Resorts made our vacation absolutely seamless. The rental had an amazing view, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and stress-free. Communication was clear and timely throughout, which I really appreciated. Being super busy, I value convenience—and everything about booking and staying with Compass was effortless. This is a great condo in a wonderful location. The condo had everything we needed, was very clean, and well maintained. The rental management group was very communicative and assisted with all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend!

Super convenient to beach access and I love how they are pet friendly!

First I have to start by saying the rental co, compass was so amazingly helpful and five stars for kindness and helpfulness. The condo view and location was exceptional. I have been staying at maravilla for 40 years. I know these units have age in them and rental ownership is difficult but I did not like stains on the sofa, sofa cushions that didn’t fit and Tv that didn’t work. I’m aware the worn out wear and tear is normal just felt a little investing could do this condo some Good. Call Century Park Interiors if you want some tips on updates. The overall was good. Parking was easy, check in was easy, beach access was easy and the rental chairs were a bonus - great stay if you’re not fussy like me

If you are looking for the perfect beach getaway, look no further. This place is top notch when it comes to location and view! Just steps to the pool and beach entrance. Condo is clean, comfortable and cools very easily. We were beyond impressed and will be staying here again!
