There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on this main floor and a cozy loft with a bunk bed and third bathroom upstairs. The main floor of the condo is on the second story so you do have to climb a flight of stairs up from the driveway. The condo has outside parking and doesn’t have a garage. The condo fridge, dishwasher, and all appliances were in good working order. There was an ample supply of basics like soap, shampoo, some detergent and dishwasher pods. The condo is completely carpeted except for the kitchen. There is a nice size second floor deck a table that seats 5 or 6 and an outdoor barbecue. There are ample hiking trails around the condo and there is a nearby hot tub to use. Some of the lights didn’t work, for example on the stairs coming up from the parking. This staircase might be a little steep and long for someone with mobility problems. Overall, it is a great condo and we enjoyed our stay.

I think someone should test that. We finally gave up and just used fans.

We absolutely loved the property! So beautifully comfortable. The kitchen had everything except a cookie sheet. The only issue was the guest bedroom windows did not open which is a must in Mammoth Lakes during the summer. We look forward to staying at the same location next year!

Just a few little things that could have been taken care of. The one bedroom did not have a window that could open, and handle off of the shower. It was well stocked and clean. Would definitely go back.
