Pet-Friendly, Updated Décor. Washer/Dryer, Balcony, Short Walk to The Village

The location was awesome and the place was perfect for our needs. Only thing was that the water didn’t really drain in the downstairs bathroom, and we were given minimal toilet paper for a 6 day stay with 6 people so had to go procure our own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, across the street from the Village with easy access to Minaret Rd. The unit appeared to have recent renovations to the upstairs floor, including the master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, and living room. The downstairs rooms and bathroom are a bit more dated, but if you're simply looking for somewhere to sleep then it works just fine. The hot water heater had issues causing hot water to run out after a few minutes in both showers, but Mammoth Reservations did a fantastic job quickly addressing the issue, including sending a plumber within an hour Thanksgiving morning. They also communicated very well and followed up to ensure the hot water issue got addressed quickly, indicating a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and investment in successfully resolving the issue. The floors and carpet had some minor dirt and dust accumulation, which was a bit more pronounced for us since we had kids on the floor, but otherwise if but for the hot water issue, we would recommend and stay there again.

The easy walking access to the village for coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings made it well worth it! This is our second stay in the complex with each unit only doors apart and we are already looking forward to our next trip! Only area of caution is the steep stairs and needing to pay attention to our kids at all times. Besides that, it’s an excellent rental!

Fun ski week at Mammoth. Condo is god size, comfortable and clean. Love the easy walk to the Village and parking out front.

Great dog friendly property. Clean and nicely renovated on the main floor.Kitchen appliances and utensils were all great. Had everything we needed. Very grateful for all the dry firewood!Location cannot be beat, just steps to the village and gondola.

All the comforts of home, plenty of space for a family of five, three teenage boys. There are complaints, we have full intention of renting this unit again.

Everything was pretty accurately portrayed (but the top bunk seemed to be just a box spring). The pool was NOT open - looks like it was damaged during storms and under construction. Laundry in the house was great! Everything was clean when we arrived. Location was nice, but it's a steep walk to and from the village (slightly tough for my 79 yo mother, but fine for the rest of us). No issues, parking was adequate. I would stay again.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It was a convenient walk to Village and Gondola and had excellent amenities. I will definitely book this condo again in the future!

Serious problem; queen size bed second BR MAJOR lack of support under mattress making sleeping very difficult. Looks like someone used it as a trampoline. Needs replacement. No not rent this unit without assurance that bed was replaced.
