BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your
card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

    We enjoyed our stay -- very quiet. The dryer did not heat up though and after looking in the back there was excessive lint and we had to reattach the vent hose. Also, more than 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would have been nice.

    Place had a great views but the condo was dated. Rusty refrigerator and the balcony had carpet with nails sticking out of it. Towel racks were broke off and the fire alarm in unit went off for no reason we took the batteries out. Loved the location but there was a bad smell of cat urine so unfortunately we won’t be able to stay in that unit again. Vents in floor were awful dirty so it seemed when the air was on was when you could smell it more. The balcony in the corner the smell of urine was awful that carpet needs pulled up. Just needs a good updating and cleaning and would be great.

    Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of space for our group for the weekend. There was parking in the shade which was great (leather seats and that Alabama sun don't mix well). We had an issue with the door code when we first arrived but we were able to reach them very easily to get it resolved. A 10/10 experience all around.

    Needs some updates. The registers are dangerous. The bath faucet didn't turn off. The fire alarms need checked . One beeped with low battery. . The deck seemed week .

    Roomy, clean condo right across from the beach. Biggest issue was the water had a nasty taste to it. A quick trip to WalMart for a case of bottled water took care of that. A couple other minor issues that honestly were pretty forgettable. Other then that we were very happy with the unit.

    Access to the lagoon and beach. Two gorgeous pools. Brought our lab mix, property was clean, condo could use a few updates (especially the bathrooms). There were some water damage spots in the main bedroom, but they do not look recent. Had trouble finding the check out instructions. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

    Would have given 5 stars if the kitchen had more cooking pans, toaster that toasted both sides and some basics like salt and pepper stocked. Also, it is on the second floor so be prepared for a lot of steps.

    Wished we would've known beforehand there was a pulley on deck to pull up our stuff, lol. It was a great place for our family to stay with a nice pool/Jacuzzi and good access to the beach. Not too much traffic in the area and has great access to canal with tables and grills available on the pier. Docks available for your boat. We enjoyed fishing from the pier. All amenities worked well! Kitchen had all cook water and dishes needed. It is older but in good condition. We would stay again! Great pricing!

    The property and the condo were nice. Only a short walk to the beach, and we loved the dock at sunset. There were THC products found in master bathroom cabinet under the clean towels, luckily found by me and not my children. This was disappointing considering the amount of money guests spend on cleaning fees. And on that note, the presence of bats on the balcony made it impossible to sit outside in the evening or morning. There was a massive pile of bat feces on the balcony which prompted me to keep my children off the balcony. Beyond these two major issues, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice, beds were comfortable, and the condo is quite roomy.
