Stayed Jul 3, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Perdido Key on a regular basis because of older family members who live there year round. We've tried a lot of VRBOs and Airbnbs. The best thing about this condo was its location across from the beach. It had two beds, a bathroom, and working AC. That was about it. It's not luxurious, but it's functional. Unfortunately, there were some things that were not up to par. It was not particularly clean. The freezer was covered in sand. Yes, sand. A lot of sand. It even filled an ice tray that someone had mixed the sand with the water in. There were very few cooking utensils. No baking sheets for things like biscuits. There was a broken toaster. We received exactly one garbage bag that was in the can and one roll of toilet paper. If we wanted anything else, there was a list of items we could buy for gaudy prices. The dishwasher was temperamental and only worked some of the time. The refrigerator looked like it used to have handles on it that someone ripped off. The list could go on. We would not stay here again, and we'd pay more to stay somewhere else.
