The management company was very understanding when we had an issues with one of our vehicles and had to extent our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the space. The layout was perfect for our group, which included my parents, brother and his girlfriend, my husband and I and our two kids plus two dogs. The two couples took the downstairs bedrooms and we and our kids took the upstairs. Having the open space behind the townhouse was perfect for snow play. For the most part, the kitchen was well stocked, although some dishes and such are showing their age and wear. There were many things that I think the owners should consider fixing/replacing, although I don’t really fault the owner as this unit is managed and maintained by a management company. I find when that is the case, details get missed. For example, one of the down comforters in the bunk room had some very old yet obvious blood stains. There was hair in both bathtubs upon our arrival, glass shards were found in the stacking Pyrex dishes and the garage door could use some attention. We just feel general maintenance could be improved but when the people caring for the property aren’t the owners, less pride tends to show through. Having said all that, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, and everything was just as pictured. Plenty of space for our our 6 adults and two kids.

Two gas fire places keep the ambiance going indoors. Well appointed with lots of extras: humidifiers, lots of games, great seating for dining & plus table for games & puzzles. This is our 2nd time staying here.

The kitchen has lovely appliances and cookware; all you need to serve a crowd. Bathrooms are well stocked and the whole house is super clean. Very large and comfortable for a family or two.

The only negative was that we had to drive to the athletic club for swimming.
