Stayed May 23, 2025This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a puddle of water on the TV converter and remotes, apparently from a leak in the roof-ceiling above. The whole entertainmnet set up was damaged. Dealing with this in the first few hours upon arrival and into the next morning was not fun.We are used to properties in Mammoth having plenty of board games, there are none in this unit.The set up of the three bedrooms in the downstairs floor, is much more crowded than we imagined based on the property description and photos.Few non-pampering bathroom towels.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for our family and comfortably fit 7 of us. Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, great pizza, Distant Brewing, and the Trolley stop! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and it was great having a washer and dryer downstairs. My only request is if the unit doesn't have AC (which in Mammoth isn't usually needed) that the windows open properly with screens that are latched in all the way, and have functioning cranks. We couldn't open all the windows and it did get a little warm during the day. But...we'd definitely stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was recently remodeled, and the process is not quite complete. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would’ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.
