Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in this condo for multiple reasons. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to any cable box, so we couldn't use the TV at all. We were there during a major heatwave, and couldn't turn the heat off in the bedroom. The trash can under the kitchen sink was full of trash upon our arrival, so this was not cleaned up from the prior guest. Also access to the pool areas was under construction, and the only way to access the pool was to walk all the way around the complex. This would've been nice to know BEFORE booking this condo. The best part was the location, which we were very familiar with. We knew the location very well prior to booking it. Overall a very disappointing place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely condo with all the amenities for two people but on the third floor so was very very warm during the day. Also note that it faces Meridian Blvd so you do hear the street traffic.
