However, when you dont read the fine print and miss the height restriction when arriving at midnight and you are tired, it was frustrating as can be when we had to unload at the entrance to the parking area and walk the shell near the elevator.Back porch area could have been clearer and more inviting.We didnt use the back porch because it would have required significant cleaning. We also understand that most of the dust was from the pollen and stuff coming off all the beautiful trees. Furniture, kitchen and restrooms were all great.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful balcony views however the master bedroom had visible pet stains and smelled horribly like dog urine. We had to leave the slider open. There was black dog hair all over the comforter which is unacceptable. The balcony had pet urine by the master slider. It’s as if the previous renter let their pet urinate in the same spot during their stay. There was a prescription pill laying on the floor near the bed. We went to Mammoth reservations to report it. The employee said she would let management know. But nothing was done to correct it. It was a nice location with a beautiful view.. It really needs some TLC.

Unit was as described and everything we used worked. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a blender and crockpot. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The balcony was spacious with two tables, a hot tub, grill and views of mountains and lakes. One thing to note is if you're a light sleeper, the heater will wake you up (in the master bedroom). We ended up turning it down extra low at night to avoid it kicking on often, but were plenty warm as is. They also have space heaters in each room.

Only problem was the BBQ, we couldn’t use because the propane tank was empty due to someone didn’t close the tank. Would definitely rent again.
