The decor is FUN and the condo allows you the freedom to walk outside to the patio (no steps or stairs) which is a wonderful place to absorb the sea breeze and the landscaped lawn. Take walk with your pets along the glorious Scenic 98 or make the easy stroll to the pool or beach where you will find your complimentary beach service to include (2) beach chairs and (1)umbrella. The open floor plan is fun, cheerful & inviting for entertaining throughout the outdoor patio, kitchen & dining and living room with tall floor to ceiling windows. Two sliding doors off both the living room and master bedroom allow easy access to patio. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast at the patio table and chairs and then stroll across the street to the beach to admire the miles of crystal-clear waters and absorb a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, enjoy all the resort activities from swimming pools, shuffleboard, basketball, and the fitness center while being able to walk to restaurants within the resort.



The colorful living room features a large flat screen TV with a sleeper sofa, and (2) chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies and play games. The beach motif with the paddle board on the wall will remind you to get outside and enjoy your beach vacation!



The beautiful wooden dining room table seats (6) with counter seating for (3) or dine alfresco on the patio with the table seating for (4) and casual seating for (3). The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig and coffee maker, stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Community grills are located by pool. If cooking isn’t your game, there are plenty of restaurants within the area.



The Master Bedroom is spacious with a tropical design, and features floor to ceiling windows with a king bed, flat screen TV, and large closets. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, including a vanity, beautifully titled step-in shower, and commode. The Guest Bedroom is tastefully decorated with a beach motif design and is very spacious with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an adjoining Jack-n-Jill bathroom, which can be shared with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has two twin bunks with a TV that can be used for gaming only. The full-size washer & dryer located in the kitchen.



The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Parking - Parking for (2) vehicles; (2) unassigned parking space within the parking lot. No Golf Carts, boats, trailers, U-Hauls or RV’s.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Please note dogs are permitted in the residence but not on the beaches of Destin or Miramar Beach. There are a plethora of parks in the area who welcome dogs.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning & Vacation Rental Management Guidelines.
