Pet-Friendly, Near The Village & Restaurants. Great Summer Complex Amenities

Great condo cabin! It was clean and comfortable and close to a ton of amenities. We found the cabin to be well stocked, it had newer appliances and updated bathrooms. My only recommendation would be to update the bedding and dressers at some point. Our comforter was fine but was starting to get a bit raggedy. Overall would highly recommend this place!

I’m allergic to cats. We stayed four day. I took medication, and even bought more. It was bad for me. Thought that maybe I caught a cold. But on the ride home, by the time I reached Bishop, I was clearing up. Stayed there before. Nice unit in a good location. Definitely needed a good vacuuming with a pet vacuum. It could have been something in the air. I visit Mammoth nearly every summer. No real issues. Don’t know what caused it, but it was four days of allergy misery

This was our second year renting this unit! Last year, other than the refrigerator not being cold, we had a good experience so we decided to rent it again this summer. Well, it was very different this year and we will not be going back. First of all, when the property manager called to let me know the unit was ready for check in she informed me that the dishwasher doesn’t work or the garbage disposal!! Kind of a big deal when you have 10 people in a house planning on cooking and eating meals together! Once again, like last year the refrigerator still doesn’t get cold enough and this year the freezer only gives crushed ice and it took 3 days to make probably 20 cubes! This year the house had a bad smell like someone’s pet had probably had a few accidents in the condo, it was noticeable upstairs and downstairs! The carpet probably needs a shampoo and the couches could use a refresh too. The other major issue was that the key pad battery died and we had to go in thru a window. This property has so much potential but it really needs some TLC!

Great location with a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The pool table turned out to be pay to use but the ping pong table was free. The bedrooms and bathrooms were overall very nice.

This property was perfect for myself and my 9 other friends! Everyone had a comfortable bed and room. The kitchen is fully stocked! More than enough dishware, silverware, and pots and pans to cook for all of us. The hot tub was lovely, and you can’t beat walking 5 minutes to the gondola!! would definitely stay here again!

The only weird thing was the kitchen and living area are upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. There IS one bedroom upstairs. The only downside is carrying all your food and drink up the stairs to the kitchen, especially for us 'older folk' But overall, I recommend this property

We had a great time at this condo, it was well stocked and the location can’t be beat! We are planning to come back and stay here again next year! Just a few minor things that would have made the property a smidge better… - we were short a couple of bath towels - the fridge and freezer weren’t cold when we got there and the freezer never got cold enough to keep food frozen - I assumed ( my fault) that there was a washer and dryer because it listed laundry pods and dryer sheets in the list of things included in your stay. Unfortunately there is no laundry available ( I think it might be behind one of the many locked closets) it would be nice to have laundry available after a day of bike riding or to dry wet clothes during ski season! Overall it’s a great place!

Nice but lots of stairs. Beds were not comfortable. Couldn’t open windows down stairs to cool off. No AC
