No complaints, the place worked well for us!

Thank for a great place to spend our family vacation.

The hot tub was very dirty making it unusable. This was disappointing as it was one of the main things I looked for in a rental. The hot tub is also directly outside one of the bedrooms and the motor ran all night which was disruptive for those sleeping in that room. The primary bedroom was also very loud and bright. I have stayed in this complex previously and I think this particular unit gets far more street noise than other units. Other than the hot tub the rest of the house was very clean. The ice machine does not work. Management offered to send maintenance but we opted to buy ice rather than have someone come over. The location is also very walkable which we enjoyed.

There are beautiful out every window. Its an easy walk to the Village. And has a well stocked kitchen. We can bring the dog and she can enjoy Mammoth as well.

8 of us stayed here for a ski weekend with our two pups and it was a perfect! The location was great - close to the gondola and to the restaurants/ bars. The place itself was great! Cozy and spacious. It does however get toasty in the house- a bit of a balancing act but we loved the place nonetheless and will def be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decent but a little small for 7 people. Need to fix the master shower head. The deciding factor was....... P A R K I N G. Simply a deal breaker for sure. The garage was not even long enough to accommodate a Toyota Long bed truck :( That alone is not acceptable and never mentioned in the description. During the summer I suppose one could park in the alleyway parallel with the garage as we had 3 cars. But that means moving your car every single time someone leaves the garage. During the winter NOT a chance. Just too compact and absolutely no ROOM for any 3rd car let alone fitting a long bed truck in the existing garage. That means paying xtra $$ every single day and parking in that lot across from the village where half the kiosks don't seem to work for payment. Sorry.......but not visiting again here.

The hot tub was low on water but the management team addressed it within a day! The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook big meals.

The location was perfect. Close to the village and the buses. But the property itself was a bit disappointing. The washing machine didn't work so we had laundry we were unable to do. And the oven also didn't turn on so we were unable to cook. We only realized this after spending money on groceries and having them go to waste. The hot tub was filthy but functional at least. It just felt like the high price was due to the location and the space itself wasn't being properly cared for. Disappointing since the location is great and we'd otherwise have wanted to return there.

Large space with big kitchen table and big kitchen - perfect for large groups. Private hot-tub was a nice added amenity. Parking is the only downside - 2 designated spots and a few guest spots in the facility that you may have to shovel out to park any extra cars. Property itself was well-maintained and had the perfect cabin vibe!!
