Stayed with two teenager daughters and the grandma's and our Newfoundland dog. It was perfect for us.The management property was responsive if I had any questions or concerns. We would love to stay here again.

Place was exactly as pictured, walking distance to shuttle, village, and gondola. Check-in was fairly easy, and everything was very clean and accessible from the cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there on July 4th weekend and it was exceptionally hot weather, I would recommend adding portable fans to the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall the place was great, well equipped kitchen, beds were comfy, natural light upstairs. The heater worked well and fireplace was cozy. Low on firewood so called and they brought it late the next day.Only negatives were the place could have been a bit cleaner. High ceilings so cobwebs up above. It is dated and older but we knew that by the pics. Wish there was more seating to watch tv. Ok for four but I can’t imagine with eight people. I brought our own blankets and so glad we did. I found an old one in a closet but didn’t want to use it.Great place for our golden. He loved hanging on the balcony to people watch. Location was close to the village and gondola. Small walk uphill to go back to the condo. Jacuzzi was not heated the first day but we tried the next day and it was working. 2 parking spaces right in front so loading, unloading was easy. Had to go to their main office 5 minutes away to pick up parking passes, had to return when checking out.I would stay again, mainly because of its location and it being dog friendly!

Reviewer Comments: I have rented with Mammoth Reservations several times in the past and had very positive experiences. This time was the exception. It began poorly at check-in with a recepionist who was rude (unhappy to be working over the holidays perhaps) when I arrived at 3:45 and the unit was not available, so I simply asked when I should return and was berated because it was not 4pm yet and so it was apparently unreasonable to ask. The heater and WIFI in the unit both were problems. Mammoth Reservations did send someone out to fix internet issue by bringing a hot spot, but the tecnnician said there was already a hot spot in the unit - we just had not been provided the hotspot ID or pwd. The thermostat did not work, so while we had heat, it was uneven in unit with some rooms too hot and others cold. One of the beds had broken slats. Also, though matches were to have been provided, they were not. When we requested them, we were told to drive back to the office. On the plus side, the unit was a 5 min walk to gondola. So while my past experiences with this prop manager were positve, had this been my first I would never rent from them again.
