Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-groomed indoor dogs, maximum 30 lbs each, are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. No aggressive breeds. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and owners must clean up after them. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies
. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Technology and Connectivity WiFi provided. Guests should bring backup if uninterrupted service is required.

. Parking and Community Access Parking is first come, first served with permit required. Standard passenger vehicles only. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

    We stayed there on 4th of july weekend. The check in was easy. The condo was perfect. Amazing view of the beach. Loved the pool. The place looked even better then the photos. Would definitely recommend to stay. I do not have one complaint.

    Very disappointed. Not even close to photos in listing. Dirty and old. Filthy floors. Broken toilet. Clogged bathroom sink. Terrible old mattress. Old sunken couches. Major rehab needed.

    We’ve stayed at Maravilla over 7 years and this condo had an amazing view! Could use some updates of furnishings especially metal king bed that hits wall every time you turn over. Also kitchen had no cookie sheet, kitchen scissors or ample cookware. We had an issue with keypad not working 1st full day. No hard key on site so missed almost 2 hours of beach time waiting on key. They’ve had this issue multiple times and still not corrected. Overall we had a great trip and loved the view of the emerald coast!!!

    The property was easy to access and good instructions but for a beach stay as the draw could have used beach towels and beach chairs since the stated beach service wasn’t available when we visited and didn’t indicate in booking info that it ended on October 31st, which they said they would update. Unit could use some updates to bedroom furniture, scratched up fry pans, and the toaster only worked on one side. No offers to make the situation, right. Just a sorry, on the beach service and no beach towel notice.

    When we arrived, the first noticed the beautiful view. We start on unpacking and I went into the bathrooms and noticed water damage on the ceiling. I believe it. The entire unit needs to be updated. We had to leave early because the ceiling was leaking and parts of the ceiling were falling off into the bathtub. The property manager was very understanding and helped us find a new place to stay. The only problem is is that we had to cut our vacation by two days, which was very disappointing. I really wished the owners of these condos wouldn’t just do it for the money. They really need to come out and look at the property and fix it like the property managers ask them to. I will never stay at this unit again.

    Overall the place is nice and cozy. However it could use an update. The bed needs to be replaced completely. Husband and I couldn’t sleep in the bed due to it being completely sunken in. We tried using pillows to help keep us from rolling into each other. Also we had our three year old in the bed with us because the bunk beds are in the hallway. Definitely not the place for us.
