The ice maker didn't work, but we just used the ice trays. The unit was very clean. The outdoor patio funiture was GREAT. I would definitely stay in this unit again. The views were SPECTACULAR.

It was so clean, we walked around with out shoes and socks and our feet stayed clean. That's how clean it was. The condo was so nice and bright loved the layout. You could see the water out every window. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled to PCB for a family reunion. In total we had approximately 30 people across our group in multiple condos. When we arrived to the property we were allowed to check in early which was great. Our condo smelled musty, but we bought some air freshener. The screen to the master bedroom balcony was off the hinges. All of the beds in the condo squeaked to the point nobody in our condo had a good nights rest. The elevator was broken the majority of our stay. On our last night we were in the elevator and it fell. Thankfully we were on the first floor and nobody was hurt. The location was great. Not overly populated. However we will not stay at this condominium again.
