The Space:

Lakeside 14 is that fabulous waterfront condo you'll want to continue coming back to.  Ideally located, this corner unit, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been thoughtfully appointed with lovely furnishings and great linens.  Due to HOA requirements, this condo requires a one-month minimum stay or longer.



Bayview is gorgeous and this condo is in the center of all the beauty and happenings.  Bring your boat and safely moor it in a secured, covered slip (#2), owned and managed by Scenic Bay Marina’s & Resort.

.  The fishing and scenic beauty of the area is just incredible.  The Lake House Bar & Grill, as well as several other restaurants are right here -- making it so easy to eat, play and relax all within a short walk from home.



This 2nd floor condo has a large, fully-appointed kitchen, dining area for 6, family room with HD TV, covered deck and 2 large bedrooms (one in suite, one with a full bathroom next to it).  An A/C unit will keep you cool during the hottest days of summer and of course come stay anytime of year to fish, hike, bike and restore in the natural beauty of this area.



Farragut State Park is a 4,000 acre natural paradise.  Hike, mountain bike, picnic, backpack, play disc golf, enjoy archery.  The history of this area is fascinating as Farragut used to be a major US Naval Training base during World War II.  Over 293,000 sailors received basic training here during its 30 months of existence.



Silverwood Amusement & Water Park is 11 miles away -- making this condo a perfect Lake Pend Oreille location.  Bayview is centrally located between Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, where additional shopping, golf and snow sports await you.  Book now.



**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  By the 4th week in October MOST boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  However, Bayview Marina and other lake marina’s have deep water slips available for short or long-term lease during the lower water months.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.  Below is a sample 2020 schedule from the Corps that shows the approximate drop rate starting the 3rd Sunday in September:

Winter drawdown is scheduled to commence on Sept. 20 and the fall 2020 elevation targets are to:

Hold summer pool elevation, 2,062-2,062.5 feet, through Sept. 20

Maintain 2,061 feet through Sept. 27    (1-1.5 ft drop total)

Target 2,060-2,061 feet by Sept. 30     (2-2.5 ft drop total)

Target 2,051-2,051.5 feet by Nov. 15   (11 ft total drop)
