Pet-friendly and really close to beach!

THIS CONDO WAS VERY BAD. THE TV ONLY HAD NETFLIX only In the bedroom. THE KITCHEN WAS NOT GOOD. NO DISHWASHER. NOT MANY DISHES AND VERY INCONVENIRNT. THE BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE VIEW. VERYBAD PARKING. HAD TO BACK OUT INTO A VERY BUSY ROAD. NOT A VERY GOOD TRIP. THEY EVEN SAID ALL DISHES NEED TO BE WASHED AND PUT AWAY. EVEN TO WASH ALL TOWELS EXCEPT THE ONES USED THE DAY OF CHECKOUT. IF THAT IS THE CASE YOU SHOULD HAVE A WASHING MACHINE. GOING TO A Laundermat TO WASH TOWELS ON A RENTAL PLACE. THE VERY WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. MY LAST TIME AT SHELL COVE, FOR SURE. THE HEAT AND AIR WAS not working and we had to call repair service. The service man said it was because the filter was dirty and it had no circulation. No comfortable chairs on deck to sit outside on. Everything needs to be updated.

Management was very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs we had regardless of the hour. Our unit was on the Gulf side, beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. We will definately return. This property was a hidden gem❤

Great location with easy parking. The place is pretty basic but has everything you’ll need. Ami was a nice break from the grey winter and everyone we interacted with were super nice.

The view from the balcony just outside our room was gorgeous! I could have been so happy just sitting there all day and enjoying the view. It was exactly what I wanted.

Clean place with a lovely beach view!

The entire building is a fire hazard. There are over 12 steps to the top floor with no exterior lights anywhere outside the building. Also, the front door to enter or exit is swollen and the door knobs wiggles, where you don't know if you can enter or exit. The entire place was filthy. Floors, shower and the sheets were stained and hair on the towels. coffee cups had terrible brown stains on them. The stove has rust on it. Only one electrical outlet worked. The entire place was dirty and rust on the closet floor where the door would slide and bathtub. So outdated to the point the very first night we were on the phone with VRBO and Love Rentals complaining. We drove 2 days to get there to sleep on top of the bed with our robes and did not use anything and left before 8 am the very next morning just to drive 2 days back home. This place is dump.

The location on the beach was ideal. Overlooking the beach from the shared 2nd floor balcony. Not very crowded in front of the building. The unit was extremely clean and perfect for a nice four day getaway. Will definitely return.

This spot is on the 2nd floor right on the beach in the shade of 2 trees! The location is the absolute selling point of this property. Those 2 trees provide shade on the balcony in the afternoon so the unit doesn’t get unbearably hot. The communication was EXCELLENT! We had a couple issues, some resolved ASAP, others had to take a little time but the people behind the communications through VRBO was immediate and helpful. The unit inside is cute and perfect for 2 people. We cooked almost every night, they have the basics so if you plan on needing a blender or to bake you should bring some specialty items with you. The air conditioner works really well and we were comfortable at 73 degrees.I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because something was being stored under the bed and it was crazy dusty. The bedroom lamps were unplugged so we had to move the bed to plug them back in and saw the massive buildup of dust there as well. We communicated through VRBO, they had me send pictures so they could send to the property manager so I’m sure it will be perfect for the next travelers. Other than the dust under/behind the bed - the living room, kitchen & bathroom were all clean and tidy.We will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient home base with beautiful view for discovering the area.

Propery was great. Low key away from the bigger crowds. Open the door and you are on the beach. Sunset every night.

We had the best time during our stay. Perfect location with easy access to beach, restaurants, etc. The view was beautiful. We will be back!

We’ve previously stayed in other units in this complex. The views and the beach access are why we keep coming back. I was very impressed with the prompt communication with the property management company.

This property was exactly as presented on -line. It was very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The property manager and staff were extremely accommodating. The view was a million dollar view. We enjoyed our stay, and most likely will stay there again.

View was perfect. Place was clean. Great stay. Only complaint was the shower. I’m tall and I would shower in the dark because the window didn’t have a blind or curtain and overlooked the street. Otherwise, it was a great and quiet stay.

Clean, charming, comfortable bed, best thing is you are right on the beach.
