Stayed Apr 2, 2026The location was convenient for attending a family wedding at Pawleys Plantation, but unfortunately the condo itself was very disappointing and did not match expectations based on the photos. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were extremely minimal. There was no hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen, and only one powder dishwasher packet was provided. In the bathrooms, there was only a tiny bar of soap and a very small shampoo/conditioner combo, both smaller than typical travel-size items, and no hand soap at all. There was also no hair dryer available, so guests should plan to bring their own.The overall condition of the condo needs significant attention. All of the bedrooms appear to need new carpet, the bar stools are peeling, and the tile in all of the bathrooms needs to be replaced. The grout was dirty, and the showers and tubs did not feel clean. There was also unfinished towel bar mounting hardware left on the all of the bathroom walls, which added to the lack of upkeep.It was also disappointing that only the primary bedroom had both a ceiling fan and a TV. We also found a half-dead cockroach in the kitchen.Most concerning of all was the front door lock. We believed the door was locked when leaving, but later discovered that it was not secure. That is a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable, especially if you are traveling with your fur-bablies.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026The condo is beautiful. Very comfortable and has everything needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. If you're planning to golf, head to the beach , shop or enjoy the many many restaurants this is the place. Peace vacations is wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly.

Stayed Nov 8, 2025We were there for our daughter's wedding, at Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club. We wanted to be close to the venue and this was a perfect spot. House was spacious and beautifully decorated. The morning sunrise view from the screened in porch, was a great way to start the day.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Housekeeping are excellent and honest but along with Maintenance they need to keep an eye out for issues as they care for the unit, the the mildew and mold we've had the past three years. A guest noticed it on their stay and was only there for a day when apparently it had been there for awhile. I do appreciate all the contact I have with Hannah and Shea they are very good and helpful. Thank you

Stayed May 23, 2025This is a great location for two or three couples or a family. Located on the ninth fairway of the Pawley Plantation Golf and Country club, perfect if you are looking to play some golf. The beach is a ten minute drive, and easy access to the shops and restaurants on Ocean Drive. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Over unit is ok. Dated and worn- obviously a rental. Kitchen decently supplied. Rugs are worn in bedrooms. Bar stools are peeling and that sheds to floor. Master bathroom needs updating especially shower- door doesn't close, mold in grout. Love the location and the view. Had to call Peace office after getting email about departure date that implied my checkout was a day early. Tried repeatedly to call the office-no answer during office hours - had to get in the car to drive to office for assistance. Should not have needed to do that to get answers. Thank you.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024Stayed at the house while visiting for a weekend wedding. Son-in-law enjoyed a round of golf Saturday morning. Beautiful neighborhood.
